Goods are invoiced in pounds sterling at the prevailing prices at date of delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend our prices at any time.
We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash and Credit and Debit Cards.
International Bank transfers will have a £10.00 fee added to the invoice per transfer. If you pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer you will be charged £10.00 for each 50% transfer.
All goods will be shipped out via courier unless picked up from our factory. Please make sure you supply us with an address where somebody can sign for the parcel and also a contact number.
All UK orders will have a delivery charge of £15.00.
Intrnational rates vary but we make sure all our services are fully insured against loss or damage
Customers outside of the UK must contact us direct for carriage charges.

Tips of Buying
Before ordering to speed up the process and make sure you haven't forgotten anything please follow these tips;
- Design your race suit/covers using out design sheets.
- Collect your sponsor logos ready to send to us.
- Decide where you would like your logos.
- Measure up for your suit using our measurements form, Please give exact measurements as we will add to them.
- Send all your information including design sheets and logos to us via post or email.
- Make full or part payment and then we will get the designs ready for you
- Once you have checked and ok'd the designs we will need full payment before manufacture
The racesuits we make are from either a kevlar woven or a nylon material. These suits must be worn with protective body armour as they are not protective suits, they are an outer garment suitable for racing purposes that can be custom styled to suit your needs.
D-Star Racewear accept no liability for any injruries or death to users whilst using any of D-Star Racewear products.
All logos used in our racewear are provided by our customer who is responsible for making sure they have authorisation for use of the logos and that the logos are correct and approved to match the companies corporate identity. D-Star Racewear hold no responsibilty to logos that appear incorrect on racewear or are used without authorisation.
Customers hold all responsibility including copyright liability for any designs given to us to use and recreate for their racewear. Customers wanting non original designs must independantly seek authorisation to use these designs.
D-Star Racewear hold copyrights to all original designs produced and must not be used without our permission.
Racewear will not be manufactured until designs have been fully checked by you the customer. Any errors or changes can be made at this stage before work is started.
Once you check off, and give D-Star the ok to start manufacture you are then responsible for any errors or mistakes in the racewear and its design.
We advise all customers to look very carefully and make sure they are 100% happy with the designs.
Please follow our measurements forms and read all the information on them. We need the exact measurements so please make sure when you measure you do not pull the tape measure tightly but also do not let the tape hang loose.
We cannot be responible for childen growing, we make racesuits to fit using the measurements given to us at the time of the order being placed. If a child grows in the period before receiving the suit we cannot be responsible for this.
We can of course alter the sizes but this will be charged depending on teh alterations needed.
If theres a reason you need to cancel your order there is no problem doing so. Depending how far through your order we are will determine how much of a refund is given from your payment.
All orders cancelled will be subject to a £40.00 admin charge and an additional £10.00 bank transfer charge for Overseas Customers to cover costs of time. If a bank transfer fee was paid orignially this will not be returned as that fee is to cover the bank charges we receive.
Orders cancelled before design is produced - Full payment minus the admin charge will be returned unless the customer was measured by us at our factory or by one of our agents. The refund will be given minus £100.00 to cover time carrying out this process and the paperwork involved.
Orders cancelled after design is complete - If a 50% payment has been made then no refund is entitled. If full payment has been made you will be issued a refund of 40% of your order total. This covers the full cost of designing all your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for measurements if wrong on the form.
